Duties to be performed by the Administrator of the hotel
Receiving calls, consultation of guests (guests arrive via a telephone call with the site or outdoor advertising. )
Make an outgoing calls by applications on e-mail (confirmation of reservation and fixation of the date and time of the customer visit)
Reception (showing no rooms available, consultation on the conditions of the hotel - bonuses, promotions) and on additional services
The calculation of people (advice on the accumulation of visits and bonuses).
Accommodation/ guests a furnished room
The eviction (protecting of property and equipment at departure)
Solution if needed conflict situations (quiet, respectful).
The rooms, if there is an order for the issue
The entry in the logbook and work with CRM.
Reporting on the applications and fixing email addresses and customer contacts. For tool email marketing
The itinerary of the city
Reception of money (cash and aquaring), report acceptance/delivery
Inventory and property records
Monitor the cleaning (strict)
Control over timely preparation of rooms to receive the arriving
The help of a maid (refill and wet cleaning, if it can not cope)
Reporting for a change
Experience in telephone sales (incoming or outgoing calls)
Experience in the service sector
